I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 8 years ago. I’ve always lived an active life of tennis, yoga, aerobics, and walking my dogs; even though I was always in pain while doing so. My whole body would ache for three days after performing those activities; it felt as though I was hit by a truck. I was getting the point where I wasn’t looking forward to doing much because the pain was so severe. About five years ago, I was a candidate for surgery for heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and neuroma. After several months of physical therapy, painful injections, and expensive orthotic wearing, I discovered Z-Coils and decided to give them a try, as all of the aforementioned remedies were not yet working. Thank God for Z-Coils! They made an immediate impact on the quality of my life; I did not need the foot surgery, as my foot healed within three months. I am now 80% pain free from my fibromyalgia.

I love my Z-Coils! I am a barber, and have had to sit in a chair to cut hair because my feet couldn't take being stood on all day.

I've had to wear orthodics in my shoes for the last 20 years, but that didn't help much. Since buying ZCoils I don't need to wear my orthotics in my shoes, and I can stand while cutting hair without being in pain. My back, legs, and feet feel great. I have diabetes so I walk regularly, and it doesn't' hurt. Before I bought the Z-Coils my heels and calves were getting sore. Now I feel great thanks to Z-Coils. Thanks Z-Coils!!!

Z-Coils have changed my life. This might sound like an exaggeration, but in my case the proof has been in the wearing. I am missing most of the cartilage in my left knee, and that in my right knee is becoming more sparse. Therefore, walking for any distance had been extremely painful. Walking my dogs was something I had to stop, and even the smallest trip to the grocery store left me almost in tears by the time I was finished.

When I first walked into your store, I was skeptical as to whether a shoe could make much a difference. Boy, was my skepticism ever misplaced! Thanks to my Z-Coil shoes, I am now enjoying walking my dogs again.

Where do I begin.....probably at the beginning!

A few months ago an acquaintance of my husband told him about Z-Coil shoes and gave him a business card. When I saw the shoe on the card, I said to my hubby, "There's no way I will EVER wear shoes like that!"

Now keep in mind.....I had sciatica nerve problems, knee pain and Plantar Fasciitis.

A couple of months after receiving the business card my pain had increased. You see, I have many allergies to medications and I could not take what most doctors prescribe for these conditions. After a few times of crawling on floor in the middle of the night to get to bathroom, I surrendered! My first pair were a pair of walking shoes and my second were sandals. After my first pair, the pain in my back and knees was gone after 3 days. My heel problem took about a week and a half for the inflammation was very bad. Since then I have passed out about 20 flyers! Needless to say I am sold on these marvelous shoes and I literally thanked God for the person who invented them!!!

This is my MIRACLE Z-COIL STORY. To begin with I suffer from two painful diseases, Diabetes, Neuropathy. Neuropathy affects my lower nerve extremities, and there is no cure for this disease. A year ago I started walking with a cane working in retail on a cement floor. I was sent home on several occasions because of the leg pain and I couldn't stand. I visited a well-known foot doctor and after several tests and foot scans it was prescribed to purchase special shoes and purchase orthotics, which didn't work. Then I was told there was nothing that could be done. I was forced to retire with the diagnosis of cancer, and the upcoming surgery. While in recovery my wife and I started visiting Gilda's Club a cancer support group. I would struggle into Gilda's in pain and could barely walk, One of the volunteers and a member was talking about these funny looking shoes. I started by researching on the Z-Coil website. We decided to visit the Spring In Your Step store to find out about these funny looking shoes. I was fitted and walked across the floor without pain the first time in years. My wife also has suffered with back and leg pain for years ago she was fitted and is walking with a spring in her step as well. It was time to shout praise the Lord no foot and leg pain.

By Wednesday I was leaving the cane in the car and was not taking my Neuropathy medication. Arriving at Gilda's Club I stuck my head in and shouted look at what is different! Threw my hands up and danced around the floor. Everyone was so excited and amazed when I wasn't carrying my cane and walked and danced a gig, what a surprise.
